MESALAND WATER

The Mesaland neighborhood  was established in 1958 and is a homeowner co-op that all homeowners have a vested interest in.  Mesaland has 96 lots, of those 32 are located in our Annex on the east side of La Canada.  We have 3 wells that service our neighborhood.  All of our wells are tested and water is sampled each month by an outside company, to ensure that we have the best and safest quality water.  We are in compliance with all State  and local required permits, licenses and take the quality of our water as our top priority.
Mesaland is run by neighbors that serve on the board for a 3-year elected term. This allows us to be able to keep our water prices down.  As a board we meet at least once a quarter. We invite all homeowners to attend the meetings and to get involved in your water company.
